Pool Time for Pregnant People
An occasional event for expectant mommas to feel the weightlessness that a pool provides. Come and enjoy the soft lighting and privacy in our heated pool (not too hot, juuussttt right, of course!). A minimum number of participants must be reached to run this class, so tell your friends!

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR TO BE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUES THAT MIGHT PRECLUDE YOU FROM PARTICIPATING IN A SWIM CLASS IN A SLIGHTLY MORE HEATED POOL. WHILE WE DO ALL WE CAN TO CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT, YOUR SAFETY IN AND AROUND THE POOL IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. A RELEASE OF LIABILITY IS REQUIRED BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL.
