New Moms Groups
All moms and babies welcome, and it's free!
We know a baby really don't need a playgroup but we have found that playgroups do help new mommas in adjusting to motherhood and in fending off isolation. This is the perfect way for you to meet other new moms and to talk about all that is changing in your universe. Each session introduces timely topics and allows time for open discussion. Those have recently welcomed a new baby through adoption are also welcome. Topics are up to you but the facilitators are experienced moms who will bring up topics and introduce new ideas as well.
Drop in from week to week, this group is on-going. Feel free to bring your lunch--why eat alone?
Tuesdays, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Fridays, 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
